It is very old hotel, runs just with adjustments, 1 all equipments, furniture, mattress etc very old 2 almost all taps leaking 3 water coming very thin in taps, 4 complementary breakfast is horrible, they provide only sandwich, that too limited to one plate per person 5 however, staff are well behaved,

There are many basic things that are missing in the hotel. 1. Ac was not working properly 2. Tv is not at all working and was just a showpiece 3. Co-mod in bathroom broken 4. False ceiling in bathroom broken 5. No geyser or hot water 6. Horrible tea and coffee 7. Poor room service, if you order something it will come after 1 hour 8. No handshower in bathroom 9. No toiletries provided by hotel 10. Old elevator in falling condition 11. There is no exhaust in bathroom 12. Not value for money at all 13. Only good thing is restaurant is renewed and in good condition, rooms are horrible

Services are worst ever i have experience in business trip. While check in they denied to accept the make my trip customer. They complaint that they did not received fund from make my trip on time. Did not provide hot water & tv channels are not working. Did not provide roomclean services. Hanger is missing in bathroom. Masquito repellent not provided
