Very good its room and features are good all the facilities and services are available

Just a walk away from the railway station. The staff is very kind and helpful.

hotel's room was very clean, I did not face any problem while entering hotel since I reached berhampore at 1:00 am. Hotel did not have food service, but they get the visitor'food arranged from outside

Spacious rooms, good services, alert staffs, prime location. It would be better if there is facility for cooked food, kitchen, canteen in the hotel itself

Neat and clean room very close to railway station. No dinning facility but there are a plenty of restaurants close by. Good for bachelors.

The place was not clean and its unhygienic the there is not even a hand shower in the toilet i have booked a room for 3 members and they even dint have a extra mattresses to provide the only good thing is its near to station apart of that nothing is good.

Room was very pathetic, no proper hygiene, the blankets provided was not clean, bedsheets were torn

For a transit stay, this hotel is quite affordable & walkable distance from railway station. Amenities are limited but manageable.

We, 3 senior couples, stayed here from 24th to 25th nova 2023. Executive ac rooms allotted to us (210, 213 and 214) were just average. Accommodation charge including all taxes for such rooms at this hotel is rs 1456, but makemytrip collected from us @ rs 1889.

In simple words if i am saying hotel room is clean and perfect for value for money, the hotel staffs behavior are very good.

Hotel rooms and staff are very well and i will happy to stay here and nice place near railway station is very close all are nice

Bed mattress is dirty like 15-20 years old and there are wholes in the mattress. Bad sheet and pillow cover has strains which could be like mark or someone has eaten ghutka or paan and spat on it

Clean room and washroom for use, good location and assistance with locality.
