The hotel room quality had reduced significantly The geysers weren't functioning The taps had water dripping Rooms weren't cleaned properly...dust could be spotted in various corners

Everything was decent and clean , though the hotel could provide all necessary details such wifi password and room service details during check in , the overall experience might have been smoother. Nevertheless had a very nice and relaxing stay

In the middle of the city, spacious room, parking available, good & cooperative staff. Vegetation food available in the hotel itself branded as bojanam. Rooms were clean and hotel has also maintained the cleanliness. Hot water was not accessible.
