Review Of Hotel Moksha (500m From Ram Jhula)

Only plus point of hotel is that you get good safe parking space . The rooms are very old and not maintained. The bathrooms are bad and full of flies. Overall the hotel has alot of flies/insects in rooms and bathrooms. Half the appliances don't work. In my case the ac and bathroom exhaust wasnt working. The rooms are small. The bedsheets were not clean. The restraunt closes before 10pm and the restraint staff acts like they are paying us . The hotel staff is not trained well and doesn't go the extra mile.

Decent family hotel, easy approach with parking, friendly staff, walking distance to ram jhulla, we liked it

The staff was quite helpful and the rooms were good. There was cleanliness all around and it was peaceful

As i booked through mmt, i was provided with the worst room options as i had already paid and and had to stay anyways. The room was stinky and without proper ventilation. Whole night passers by noise was coming from the only small ventilator in the room facing street. Didn't provide basic amenities like kettle in the room. Also they call their rooms superior if it has windows and sunlight which costs double the otjer rooms. Next day i stayed in the ashram at half of the price with better amenities.

I stayed one night in hotel moksha. Overall room is good. Bathroom is good. Neat and clean room and bathroom.

Hotel was average, fit to its price. Near to ramjhula, git a ashram, choti wala and bhutnath mandir. Staff was polite and helpful, specially anil joshi ji. Room could be better. We stayed in 2nd floor room. View is not impressive and lot of red ants everywhere, later we were shifted to different room. Food specially delicious but you cannot order in rooms. Tea was not up to mark.

Hotel location is good near to ram jhoola and good restaurants. There is lot to be done in case of cleanliness and washroom upkeep. Lights were out 2 times for more than 40 mins.

Hotel is very good with it's own parking space. Rooms are neat and clean with balconies. Lift is not there, you need to take stairs. Location is 2 kms from ram jhula but there are no auto rickshaw or any public transport available. You have to forcefully take a taxi from taxi stand and that too for exorbitant price. I took a taxi for triveni ghat and back to hotel. The distance traveled was hardly 26 to 30km but i was charged rs 2200 and the driver said that this rate is fixed by taxi union. It is better to take hotel on opposite side of ram jhula if you want to travel by autos or shared transport.

What ever amenities has been shared in details that was not there, room condition was also not good. Overall it was traiable stay, it's 2nd time got disappointed by makemytrip booking.

Rooms were comfortable. However the given points need to be addressed tv channels not available dinner timings need to be extended (no orders taken after 9 pm and choice is also very limited)

I booked a supreme room for 3 adults by looking at pictures and descriptions showed a large room picture and mentioned that rooms are interconnected and spacious for 3 adults but in reality when i reached supremeb room was a small deluxe ac room which cannot accommodate 3 adults. Hotel clarified that show wrong pictures of bigger rooms. Hotel was good and staff was helpful.

Very rude behavior was done. The room was not available immediately, the room was given after 2 hours, that too not the same as in the booking.

1. The description stated many things would be provided like oral kits but the hotel guy wasn’t even aware of it 2. The entrance to the hotel is so narrow that you would have tough time taking your care inside hotel premises. Also this can accommodate only 6-7 cars. I went by my car so had to park my car outside of it in a paid parking 3. The washroom is so dirty and does not have a tap to wash your feet if you want to. The have a bath tub like an object and you need to go inside to wash your feet. 4. The location of the hotel is so tough to reach and if you plan to come by your own car then you should be a pro in mountain driving. Else don’t book it. 5. The food in the hotel was pathetic. They have a gravy prepared already and whatever curry you order they will dip veggies into the same gravy and serve you the veg curry. The taste of the food is below average and if you have good taste for food, please do not eat there. 6. The staff over there is good and the attended me every time i called them so no complaints for them. Overall it’s overly priced hotel and one should consider other hotels toward other side of the river ganges as eating options also were very limited and the ones available were costlier than what you can find in delhi. The hotel was easy to reach. The issue was the way people at service were behaving when we asked them for food at 9:30 pm the answer was get it from chotiwala. Actually they were busy watching ipl. Timing of the restaurant was till 10:00pm.

Rooms are very clean and all are very good

Location is very close to mountain and they provide nice food also mangers also is very helpful for local travel

Location wise good. Lazy staff. Food quality can be improved
