Review Of Paradise Ganga -A River side Hotel at Triveni Ghat

This hotel which I booked at triveni ghat was pathetic. Their service was so bad. It felt like the hotel management had hired inefficient people to run the hotel. The receptionist had no idea what she was saying. We booked the room with the ganga view and they gave us a normal room with the balcony. They were not even ready to give us complimentary service for such a mistake. This hotel is good only in terms of location very near to triveni ghat. That's it. Apart from that there is not a single thing for which I can give compliment. Service very very bad.

Filthy, ac broke, worst service by the owner. Broken & burnt room tiles,dirty sheets. Location fine.

Cleanliness 0 Hospitality 0 Location 5 Food 0 (unheigenic) Staff was very rude. The only thing that was good was it is near Triveni Ghat. I booked a deluxe room and the condition of the room was terrible. Soaps and water bottle were provided after asking multiple times. Room was having plastic chairs and tables. Especially washroom was terrible and very smelly

Facilities are tood bad. Staffs are non responsive. The way they are handling parking is worst. Not clean properly

The rooms were very dirty ,insects were there no proper amenities No view of ganga was seen as we have paid for it

Property Location is fantastic. But food, amenities and other services are below average. I had a Breakfast inclusive booking, but the breakfast options were very limited and the food was just average in taste!! The washroom was way below the expectation. the tiles were not properly cleaned and drainage was not working fine !! The staff service was also very poor. Overall the Property Location is Very Good but is not being maintained properly.

Room is not good, Ac is not working, Staff behaviour not good, price is so high, food quality is good

My experience was terrible. I couldn't stay at the hotel due to a major electricity issue, resulting in a wastage of money.

location is very good but don't ask about food, it was pathetic, Cockroach everywhere, and in everything, we all fell sick during the stay, had loose motions and vomiting for consecutive 3 days, room phone was not working and even after many many reminders they didn't bother. we were feeling like we are staying without paying. hygeine if we talk about or the worker if we talk about, the condition was even more vulnerable, the boy was doing dusting after several calls and and he was cleaning the utensils of our room with the same dusting cloth. when we tried to stop him for doing so he argued and argued.. worse than ever experience. can you please help me in raising complaint against the hotel MakeMyTrip team.

First of all, the hotel being the only one near Triveni Ghat made it more of an endearing and memorable experience. The hotel staff was polite and provided all the required assistance and service with a smile and understanding at best.

When I reached, I found that the hotel is running without Manager Boys working in hotels were available for check in. The room was not clean. I asked him to clean the room. Then it was cleaned. No water, dental kit, towels, saving kit etc. were provided at the time of check in. Very poor arrangement was there. representative was also not able to assist at that time. I never suggest staying in this Hotel.

As per the price, hotel is not so good. Reaching there is very difficult. You have to travel through narrow lanes to reach there. Moreover no parking facilities is there. We were given a room which was not so clean and taps were broken.

Total waste of money. very poor service, insufficient staff. INTERCOM not working in my room. after two days they have to change my room as I saw smoke coming out from tv and set top box switch board. this is very risky. after spending so much money.

Don’t expect much from this hotel. Only location is great otherwise everything is terrible. Shower was faulty in washroom , lack of facility. No need to book charged for a room same room price was if you book by visiting there. Only benefit of this hotel is accessibility to triveni ghat

Pathetic room at this high price, plus hotel staffs were not cooperative, room wall was too dirty with no positive ambience at all, Resturant food at room they wait no time always ask payment once food is delivered at room despite of hotel's own resturant, Also asked for Hair Dryer they don't have any Hair Dryer to give to customer.. Overall very bad hotel experience 😑😑👎 The pictures i uploaded is downloaded from Internet as i didn't clicked from phone.. But the room quality u can check by visiting room.. Its really pathetic with no such cooperation from Hotel staff as well, rude behaviour even just asking for Hair Dryer

Staff behaviour is too bad, they are very not helpfull, room are horrible and non maintained bathroom and unhealthy condition, geyser not proper working, just like hell in the hotel

Service is very poor. I had paid for 3 people, but they treat this as common for two occupancy. Only one bottle they have provides as complementary. All the lights were not working, complained about the same, but no action. The bathroom tap water flow was very slow & unable to use the shower. Ultimately had to ask for a bucket for bathing. I had requested the hotel manager during my check-in to arrange for station dropping arrangements & he had committed to do so, but at the last moment e has told me that the same will be chargeable. Ultimately i had to arrange my own. Even during check out in the early morning (around 4:30 am)i called reception, but now one responded. Ultimately one person was sleeping in the reception area & i woke him to check out. This type of poor service i have never seen anywhere. I would suggest mm t not to recommend such hotels.

good stay but few things can be improved...like toiletries, more cleanliness in rooms and clean water kettle for water....

The room needs to be a bit tidy and toiletries should be included for the cost paid. Overall it was an average experience. Consider this stay if staying for a day or 2
