room is ok ok but washroom is terrible location is good I found good food options near this location

Spacious enough, the bathroom was not in clean condition. bed sheets etc were not clean The TV was not in working condition.

The room was tidy and spacious this time. Much improved service and courteous staff. Keep up the Good work.

The room was very dirty. It was very small and very bad. The washroom of the room was very dirty. There was a foul smell coming from it. This was my worst hotel experience!makemytrip please do not suggest such hotels.

Not clean and poor maintenance

Located near by howrah railway station. But toilet of room 205 is in pathetic condition. Not maintained. Cleaaniness zero. Bedsheet & pillow cover were dirty.

Extra bed arrangement wasn't done as mentioned while booking. No wi-fi on 2nd floor. Also, lot of cockroaches in the room. Unclean water from the tap. Geyser not functional. They need to seriously maintain the rooms. Horrible experience. No wifi, no hot water supply, also cockroaches in all places, bed arrangement wasn't done.

It should not be referred to as a hotel. Do not be fooled by the pictures. The place is dirty, with used bed linen and a toilet seat in such poor condition that you wouldn't want to sit on it. The corridor at night resembles a train station, and the guards are even seen sleeping on the floor.

Blanket provided by the hotel is dirty and smelling. Upon repeated request to change they only provided cover

Very painfull. It is not updated hotel. Behavior of staff is good but hotel is not clean and maintained

Major shortcoming in this hotel is fire safety. Stairs are closed. Only way is lift to come down. If fire occurs only one way will close and no option other than die.

Leaking flush tank. Unhygienic toilets. Internal phone not working. Mineral water not available for purchasing. Staff behaviour was rude.

Rooms are not eye-catching, not properly cleaned and the environment is also not so attractive. It is okay only for night sleeping.

Location is just 2 km from howrah station. But basic amenities were not up to the mark. Dirty washroom, dirty bedsheets, no soap, no handwash in bathroom. Food was good but room service intercom was out of order. Had to call cook many times to get the desired food and beverages. The worst part was the rude behaviour of hotel staff mr. Yadav sitting at the counter. Bad mannered, short-tempered illiterate guy with no etiquettes. I wonder how mm t is recommending such horrible hotel. Very much disappointed.

two rooms were booked by me last night 7.6.2023 in Hotel Mohit, Howrah but found to be very very bad condition of bed, latrine, toilet, ac and the overall atmosphere. the person handling the reception cound found to be very unprofessional. no water no food is found in the hotel. overall no words to describe all these. this is not expected from a reputed organization like you. please refund if possible.

Food was good, good service, daily cleaning of the room.

There are many cocrose inside the room. Bathroom and floor not clean. Dirty bedcover.
