The restaurant might be okay, but the hotel is horrible. When my son used the toilet, the flush splashed dirty water all over him. Room service just wiped the same contaminated water around instead of cleaning properly. Extremely unhygienic and unsafe. I had to leave immediately, and still no refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

I recently stayed at Noxx Residency in Howrah, and I must say it was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I've had. The entire room was infested with cockroaches, which I kept spotting here and there. To make matters worse, I saw a rat inside the room, completely unacceptable for any place claiming to offer basic hygiene and comfort. There were also small flies constantly buzzing around, making it feel even more unhygienic. The AC wasn't working properly, and after some inspection, it seemed like the filters were completely choked with dust, clearly showing lack of maintenance. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. The place is in dire need of deep cleaning and pest control. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless they seriously improve their hygiene and maintenance standards.

Rooms : Dirty, bad smell, small Price : Very high as compared to their service Service : They demanded an extra charge of rs. 500 for a guest visit. It was not mentioned as such anywhere in their T&C. Location : Location is good. Entrance : They took me through a backside entry which was dirty. A bad smelling elevator was there. Overall they do not justify the price at any point.

Room was good, service and staff behavior was good but the food is quite expensive. Overall experience was up to the mark.

Food is overpriced than the quality. Ac is not working properly. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned.

Check-in was hassle-free. The staff were cooperative. But, the room was dirty and lots of mosquitoes were there. I requested for Allout/Mortein which they gave after 30 mins but it was faulty and didn't work. Although the bed was clean yet a few small bugs were found on the pillow. Ventilation of the room was not good

The support was bad, and also they charged extra for shifting rooms which were not available from their end and later on they were asking for more money for early checkin Also they were asking to pay 500 extra for late checkout which was just 10 mins. Moreover I would not recommend this. You can get better deals in better pricing The staff keep asking for money in cash by guving excuses likr early check in late checkout Switching rooms which were not available from their end

They were asking for charges for bed sheets and that is also 1000 and telling the reason that u made the bed sheets dirty

everything good check in check out seamlessly But it should be less expensive, the prize is a bit high

My experience was really good. I loved their hospitality. Only thing is that outside food is not allowed, if they allow food then it will be great thank you. How to upgrade image
