The check-in process was smooth. Room was small but cozy and with ac, tv, wifi too. Bathroom was clean although no liquid soap was available (they gave soap bar though. There is no in-house kitchen so you've to order food from outside but that is totally fine as almost all the big restaurants of kolkata are close by and you can order online easily. Location is great so transport is not a problem at all. And staff is very helpful. Not to say, it's quiet affordable also. Great for one or two days stay.

I had a great experience at the stay. The reception team is doing an excellent job. They are polite and responsive. I booked a hostel and it's well maintained. It's not along with the reception, it's located in the backside so it's closes everytime but if we needs to open just give a call within 2 min they will come and open. Thanks for the stay and keep it like this way.
