No service and hygiene
We are 8 persons with 3 rooms. Rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned with lots of dust. Towels were not kept in the rooms, upon asking to reception many times (6 times) they had given only 3 towels between 8 persons. Behavior of the receptionist are roudly.
