As it's 12 noon to 12 noon check in and checkout are there on so I booked and called the hotel one of the staff member said we have 24 hrs check-in check out so please come we will consider I visited hotel @7 am and now they start saying in there is no ac rooms I have to pay extra than they will give the room key I immediately called they helped me in this concern but it takes 50 mins after that the hotel staff now telling me come @12 noon again I called for this they told me to request hotel for early check-in bcos it's not their policy early check in. Hotel is also food menu there half plate vegetable are written but u asked for that after every planning they go and come after 30 mins and say we recently close this half plate policy so in this condition u have to go for full plate bcos last minute they say this overall hotel is not fit for long stay or for family for a single hour stay toilets are in bad condition everywhere renovation is going on so very much dusty

They saw us surprisingly once they know hotel booked through make my trip... provided room on 9th floor , full of dirtiness .. call for cleaning no one came 1/2 hour .. then I go to the reception personally for complain.. room was changed but it was also average... if someone don’t have work in Howrah,, please stay in Kolkata not in Howrah.

Reception persons acted like they are running 7 star hotel, very much arrogant, egoistic, and showing attitude towards their customers. Don't respected customer at all.

Too much dirty and unhinged... Staff service are good but rooms was also not clean...The blanket was also not clean.The smell in the room was like vomiting.
