Very bad expirence

Tooo much poor service ... Those people in hotel service ar very bad ... They behave so badly ... I have been check out with in six hour for these cause. I think there is some problame in hotel ... And must say don't come this hotel

Staff is not supportive, wastage of money, for a best room with good service in same price, look for other hotels. Location and hotel condition is not good, it's near to slum area, there are others hotels with good service in nearby area.

We shift to another room within 24 hours as the room was very damp and no regulator to AC. In the second room the geyser was not working. They have collected gst rs. 720/- but bill was not provided. In fact we should get full refund. There is no window in any of the room and it is stuffy. Not a good experience with "make my trip".

Typical rundown Howrah hotel. Did not expect much and didn't get anything either. Was compelled to stay as there were no retiring rooms available at Howrah station for an overnight stay transiting through Howrah with wife. Untrained staff. Not worth the money at all

The fan in the room is not working and there is bad smell in the bathroom. The location is also not good. The service provided is bad. They made us wait so much time to check in. Also when raised a complaint about the fan they told nothing can be done.
