Location : Excellent. Bus stand ,Rly.Station , it's a centre point. Behaviour of Executives & staff are very very cooperative & approachable.Taking care excellently.

very poor service staff not cooperating washroom is like a public toilet at resturant waiter is very nonsense how to talk with customer bedsheet is is so dirty on picture they r showing another room but when v reached they will give another room so pls be don't go there with family very worst Equally disappointed with make my trip as with the Hotel management, The pictures shown while booking and actual status of rooms are entirely different , when I said the same thing to the front desk staff they denied the same and asked to report to make my trip as payment is made directly to you . The property is very Old and very ill maintained , washrooms were very dirty , staff behaviour was very rude not recommendable at all 👎👎👎

average wash room are old and rusty nothing works properly . hotel is not easily visible to everyone too hard to get cab or bike.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Howrah, and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The rooms were extremely dirty — stained bed sheets, foul smell, and cockroaches crawling on the floor. The bathroom was unhygienic, with leaking taps and no proper hot water supply. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Even after multiple requests, basic amenities like towels and drinking water were not provided on time. The service was painfully slow, and the overall attitude of the management was careless. The food served was stale and overpriced, and the dining area itself was poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there was constant noise from nearby construction, making it impossible to rest. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It is overpriced for the condition it’s in, and there are far better options available nearby. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and good service, stay far away from this place.

1 old Starff at reception(during night) is very rude. He dont know how to talk with everone. 1st he fight with others staff and started behaving rude with me also.He doesn't deserve to work there . Please take action on him immediately . But security guard uncle was good. Receptionist need to fire immediately .

NICE CULTURED HOTEL ..EVEN THOUGH HOTEL PREMISES US OLD..ITS WELL MAINTAINED AND COURTEOUS STAFF AND SERVICE

Bath Fitting was damaged and water leakage issue after telling also they have not shot out the issue 2. ⁠Towel and Bedsheet in Dirty Condition 3. ⁠Room Service is bad 4. ⁠Food is very oily 5. ⁠Water logging issue during Heavy Rainfall inside Hotel, unable to go outside due to Water logging 6. ⁠Costing of Rooms is very high

I reached around 1 am in morning from Damdum airport to hotel. Hotel lift is off after 11 pm, so have to carry luggage myself to 3rd floor of hotel

Room pillow cover, Blanket cover and bed sheet was not cleaned. After complaint they have changed. Room was too old fashioned and no maintenance. Sofa sheet was too dirty and smelly. Terrible experience had to change the hotel and checked out early

Not a pleasant stay for the money. Beds and mattress are hard and not cleaned properly. Bathroom and toilet were dirty and not cleaned.

There is nothing positive about this hotel. The hotel is located in a slum-like environment. The hotel is very very old and the room is having worn out bath fittings. Cockroaches are roaming around freely in the room. Hot water is not available. After 5 am in the morning, one cannot even sleep as bright sunlight is illuminating the room through the badly curtained window. During rains, not only water is seeping through AC duct, but also the entire hotel is inundated. While vacating my room, I had to wade through knee-deep dirty water. Totally it was a bad experience. I will never ever recommend this hotel.

Receptionist was very arrogant. He did not care of even kids and took almost half an hour in entry. And the way of talking was very bad.

The facility is good, only Canteen staff could be more polite and courteous

My parents stayed here for two nights. They were very happy with their stay. They found the hotel cleanliness & staff behaviour very good. This hotel's location to railway station was very very short. It helped them catch the early morning train easily. They also mentioned the old times vibe in that hotel. So I guess it meant that hotel's legacy feel is still preserved. Impressive!! I was a bit worried about how their stay will be in kolkata and about their catching of early train. Both my worries was taken care by choosing this hotel. A "thank you" from my side to mmt and hotel staff :)

Extremely overpriced and badly maintained...I paid 3500+ excluding taxes for a very very normal AC room...with a 24 inch tv that had no subscription of different channels excluding a countable 10-12 channels...the bathroom was in a poor condition...weary taps with low water flow and the shower was extremely dirty...room service was bad and reluctant...the food served is no way to be called tasty and there was even no extra power socket to charge our appliances just one for the tv and one for the 'allout' sort of thing...they claim themselves to be a 3 star hotel on Google but that's just a lie

Pleasant stay, room service was a lil slow. But overall a good experience. The place had a good vibe 😄
