I stayed at this hotel and overall it was a very good experience. The staff at the reception were very polite and helpful, and their friendly nature made the stay even more pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained, and all the facilities were in good condition. The only drawback is the location, as the area outside is very crowded and there is often heavy traffic. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

The insist the facilities like buying mineral water bottle via cash, locker charges is refundable fixed deposit and they lock the premises from outside when guest inside and justify saying it's for security reasons , i have vacated the place then and there and book another facility for my stay on night of 6th July

rooms are so conjusted and so suffocating and they always ocked the main door you have to call to open the door not perfect for solo staying

The location is good every thing is near to gest house and the main thing is, the property is very clean and affordable at this prise range

Everything was quite good,staff were supporting, only thing missing was a balcony. It felt quite compact

asked for extra payment , when we denied they said room will not be provided, and at that time it was not possible for me to find another room , so I paid extra 1000 rs , and then behaviour of the punjabi person was very rude abusive, at the time of checkout they asked for 500 rs again , this time their excuse was we make the bedsheet dirty ,

Room very small with no space ,washroom was clean but very smelly,thre was no inhouse food.Ac was working well,reception staff behaviour was good.

No food available in this hotel Location is ok for Howrah Facilities is zero...not even support to get essential from near by places (food) Rooms are filled with fungus. No ventilation... Window Air Conditioners making hell of noise stealing your sleep.. Change of room although agreed was much worse than allotted earlier..hence rejected... See one picture from the room 👇
