Review Of Hotel Geetanjali

This location is very poor, hotel quality is not good for families as per money. I am not eating the food that way i have not comment it.

Not worth for the money paid for it. No lift, no soap, no tooth paste and brush. No proper lighting. I suggest mm t should remove this hotel from the list. I am completely not happy with this.

Bathroom not satisfactory, need more space and lighting arrangement not good, shower not working properly. Booking time at least share photos of bathroom. Dinner also not satisfactory

Hotel is not good for family, no supportive staff. Place is not good and hygiene. Below 1 star hotel.

Door was locked when i reached facilities not up to the cost

It was a horrible stay. Sofas were covered with dirty white towels. Staircase and corridors had no light in the evening. There is no manager during daytime. The ward boy said he looks after the managers function. The entrance to the hotel is a kutcha road. Bathroom was dirty. Mirror was dirty.

Location was the usp. Just 5 mins walking distance from platform 6. Problem with hotel is no lift. Rooms are ok, cleanliness somewhat okies. Good for 1 night /day stay, especially for those who is having mid night or early morning train. From santragachi station

Clean and well behaved staff and senitised stay.

Other than location the good thing are the people working over there. Namely swap-an da and the owner himself of the hotel mr. Vimal. Their cordial and accommodating behaviour is appreciable. Food is also almost bengali homestyle.

Very poor services. Poor room services. No cleanliness. TV not working. Tarnished the image of MakeMyTrip. Very very traumatic experience.

Good service along with complete dignity and cleanliness is maintained. Food is also very good

1 room allotted was small in size. Hardly any space to walk around the room. They even didn't change the room on request and demanded money for the change.

As per my knowledge, it is an average rated hotel. Coming to a cleaning part, I don't have an exact knowledge regarding cleaning. Cleaner should come to the relevant room and seek permission for cleaning, but there was one. Water was not a purified, it's a bore well water.

Good location. Road facing rooms are noisy. Price comparatively higher. Good staff.
Room is small for accommodate three beds.

Nearest to railway station. So it's good.

Room was very congested. Overall hotel stay not satisfactory in terms of room and room service.

Worst hotel, am not satisfied.
