Not as shown in the picture, space is way smaller, congested and with insects.

property was good staff behaviour is professional too

Location was not that much good the rooms were very compact and they did not provided complimentary water bottle which is provided all over India on any hotel booking of good ratings

It is very nearer to Howrah Maidan Metro station (150m). I stayed in 5th floor where geyser was not working. The rooms are very small.

don't give for me and no room service person also don't have telephone connection for the room

The room of the hotel is not as seen in the application and the behaviour of the staff is not good. The room is not cleaned and they don't maintain the hygiene

I could not check in due to very very bad condition of both room and hotel. One hotel worker was drunk and no one in the reception as well to response. I tried to cancel the booking but not cancelled even after calling to make my trip customer care. The photo given of room while booking was totally fake. I lost the amount and stayed on street whoke night.

Very disgusting location specially on rainy days. They charge extra money if you went before check in. They did not give any kind of toilet soap , or bath towel. I will never go to that lodge in my entire life & also suggest other people not to book or stay to this lodge. Very very disappoint, with their service. They did not ask that customer need anything or not.

The overall experience is excellent, the room is very good and the staff is very cooperative .

Extremely conjusted , no service , even the dirty plates were not taken ., very dirty slum location , not even cab drivers were ready to get in into that lane . very small lift only 3 person can use at a time Bathrooms were clean . Do Not book here !!
