Spot On Sonar Bangla Lodge

This property is a fake property. They do not have any such rooms which are mentioned in the website. This is basically a make out hotel for cheap people. The room shown to me was inhabitable and so terribly small and dirty. It is like 6×6 room just for quick sex and all Highly not recommended. Requesting MMT to shut down their listing immediately.

Check in expression is very good.Staff behavior is too good. Everything is fine but the bathroom is too small and the bed sheets in all the rooms are torn.

The door bell was not working and we had to wait for about 30 minutes outside late at night. The room was unhygienic and there was cockroach in the room. Couldn't sleep because the room smelled like camphor. Toilet was dirty with brown toilet pots. We booked an ac room but we were given a non ac room. The staffs insisted us to talk with customer care about the issue.

They refused me to allow inside hotel due to late check in. I didn't get room

I informed to hotel care taker about late check nearly 11:30 pm due to my train late. But he did not allow me and he did not provide any room he refused to allow me. Finally I spent 2500 rupees to get another hotel instantly. This is not acceptable. Please return my booking payment.

Very bad service and bad room har jagah kachara hi tha or room bhi clean nahi tha bad service hai ab dubara aane ka man bhi nhi hai sab jagah kachra hi kachra

Rooms are too bad i booked an ac room and they took extra charge on the spot. As per them don't take booking. It is completely difficult for the normal people to stay for an hour also. And staff behavior is very bad in check out time also they ask extra money. Not recommended for couple and family man.

The location of this hotel is good. We stayed this hotel in few days ago. In this hotel, the non-ac room is very small and suffocate. And the condition of bathroom is very bad. So i suggested to your team please notify the hotel authority for extension of non-ac room.

I had made this booking but we did not stay there because our train was late, so i spoke to the property owner through customer care that i would be late, he said it was okay and we would not face any problem in checking in, but when we reached the property location, the gate was closed, they did not open the gate, so we had to look for another hotel. Totally bad experience

So disgusting room quality is extremely poor. Bathroom roof was not there and no there was no privacy. So don't book these room

Stay in sonar bangla lodge was pathetic. I dint expect this kind of accommodation. We were expecting at-least a decent room to stay. This lodge was pathetic. *zero rating* small & claustrophobic space, no ventilation, dirty and smelly washroom/toilet. Not even have space to keep luggages. Dint expect this kind of accommodation.

This hotel is veri pathetic, dairtty, uncleaned. They don't provide blanket in this room. The toilet was very bad position and very poor condition. In night was very disturbed. Hotel personal was not cooperating.
