1. Direction to Hotel is not marked at ground level. So it takes time to reach hotel reception. 2. AC is not working. 3. Reception is not always manned. 4. Speed regulator of fan is not working properly. 5. Behaviour of people is ok. 6. paint on wall of the room offered first was not in good condition. So I had to request for another room which was done immediately. 7. overall stay was average.
