Review Of HOTEL METRO TOWER

Room and Washroom were neat and clean. Breakfast was not at Par, not tasty, not much items. Parking is very poor, congested.

Quite outstanding everything other than the bathroom towels. Location, cleanliness and all other facilities were good.

Overall Well Maintained,Neat rooms Room. Value for the money. Walkable distance from Kozhikode railway station,sm Street,palayam bus stand. Some Routine Maintenance should be improve, like pillow changing.

This was the worst stay i had with makemy trip so far. The receptionists were very unprofessional from the beginning. The lady at the reception didn't even know wifi password. I had to call to the reception more than 5 times even to get plates to my room. Also room was not properly cleaned. Worst part was the receptionist called to room next day saying that checkout time is 11 am and after that I have to pay extra money and they said about this paying extra after 11 am itself. Even if they have this rule they should have told it earlier at the time of check in which they didn't. They told us about this paying extra only after the time they set. They didn't even do a reminder call. Someone at the reception called to room after 11 am saying that i have to pay extra if we didn't check out before 11. While doing booking through makemy trip also i haven't say a rule like this. Why? You also didn't know? This was my second time staying at this place and last time they didn't had anything like that. I am rating it as a terrible experience with makemy trip.

The property is okay, but the staff's are not at all helpful. The only good thing is that it's close to city.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but the ambience is pleasant and clean. The locking system is the old key type. However, the breakfast arrangements are excellent.

You it was a prime location easiest access good Staff clean and needs rooms affordable rights. Also their providing smart TV Wi-Fi. There was no breakfast and food facilities near location. There is a lot of hotels. Also, thank you make my trip. To help and your team support.
