it was a bad experience for me since not allowed my friend to room and we were spend quite a lot time in the lobby without ac.I never experienced such situations

great experience with good staff and very well maintained and clean room , after checkout I forgot my key there , when I came back to collect my key they literally they gave the few rupees coins which I lost there 😁 it made me feel more great about their professionalism 🙌

I had booked a room for my wife and daughter. As the checkin time is afternoon I contacted the reception and requested for early checkin at 06:30 am and it’s allowed on payment of ₹1000 + tax. After 2 nights stay the guests were required to vacate the room at 06:30 am by the front desk. They demanded payment of one more night if the guest want to stay back in the room till 12 noon. After several arguments at last we could stay back there without paying for extra night. Anyway this has made severe discomfort to my family and I like to express my extreme unhappiness in this regard

Stay was nice but room rates aa too expensive and i don’t get complimentry breakfast. Very expensive in case other hotel

Hotel location is good, lifts are too small, ac in some rooms not work properly. Breakfast is just ordinary staff is polite.

It’s a decent stay with basic amenities, lift was small, doors were not sound proof, could hear people talking.

It’s a good hotel and i will prefer to stay in future. The staff are also nice. Breakfast needs to be improved.

Was on a personal trip to calicut from 02/03 to 06/03 to attend a family function and stayed here because my wife's house which is in calicut has many guests. I booked this hotel through make my trip. My wife had to go for a blood test on the morning of the 5th. I accompanied her and after the blood sample was taken i asked her to come to the hotel to have some breakfast after which i was to drop her back home. However to my surprise the hotel staff informed me that it's their 'rule' that no one can visit the guest in their room! guests can't entertain visitors! really? i have never heard of any establishment calling themselves a hotel having such a strange 'rule! i told them that it's not a visitor but my wife who will leave in some time but they charged me for double occupancy! i paid and checked out immediately! this hotel has a strange and a very regressive 'rule' according to which the guest staying in the hotel can't entertain any visitor in their room! this is the first hotel which i have come across having such a foolish 'rule! and they call it a corporate hotel, which means it is supposed to be designed for business stays. When a guest is on a business trip, it is normal and expected for him / her to conduct meetings with business associates, vendors, clients or with colleagues in their hotel room. But as per the 'rule' here, that will be impossible! in short guests are expected to stay and stare at the 4 walls in the room and go out to meet someone or to conduct business! the very purpose of taking a room here is defeated! one will not be able to call anyone to their room here - be it family, friends or people related to business affairs! in the first place it's the duty of the hotel to inform the guests at the time of booking itself about their 'rules' which will give the guests the chance to decide if it's worth staying here. Especially if the rules are so strange! but obviously this is not being done so that they don't lose customers and can end up making money citing their 'rule' as an excuse! it's clear that the only objective and intention of this place is to make money. They don't have any respect for their guests, who in fact are the basis of their existence and income! kpm tripenta and manuelsons malabar palace in calicut have no such 'rules! i would recommend them for convenience and freedom of stay!

Good room, all amenities in place, breakfast not that good, very limited food options. Ok for a solo business very short trip.

On solo personal sojourn. It was a pleasant stay of 2 night. Food inhouse kitchen, and restaurant priced reasonable and worth the money. Keep up the good work.

Location is within the heart of the city and its very convenient to get to places like the beach. Food was very good. Staff were courteous and room service was prompt. Rooms and washrooms were well maintained.
