I had a terrible experience at this airport hotel. I booked a one-night stay to catch an early morning flight, and before booking, I confirmed with them about their airport transfer service. During check-in, I scheduled a cab for 12:45 AM, but they failed to arrange it. The front desk staff was unaware of my cab booking and had no clue how to arrange one. I waited 15 minutes for them to sort it out, but they couldn’t. Finally, I had to go outside and tried to stop passing cabs, and luckily, I got one after 30 minutes.
Also, the rooms were quite noisy due to the nearby traffic and construction work.
