location is very good. walking distance from CST. But room size is too small for 3 adults. Manager refused to upgrade. Breakfast very tasty with reasonable price

Booked executive room but provided low grade room. Room was full of dirty.. Light was not available in bathroom. Only one 900 ml water provided for 24 hrs in the room. Very small and congested bathroom. Shall never stay again.

The hotel is at walkable distance from CSMT. The staff is very helpful. Goes the extra mile to make us happy. The food is also good.

There was no proper housekeeping during my stay, the staff did not provide timely service, and drinking water was not supplied despite repeated requests. Such lapses in hospitality are unacceptable, especially for a reputed hotel. I expect a prompt explanation and corrective action to ensure this does not happen to future guests. Rooms are very small and congested. Linen is stinky. Bathroom tap leaks. Overall not worthy enough to stay

Front desk clerk was too arrogant. He kept me waiting from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, despite of vacant rooms which were allocated to other customers who were not having online booking. He was insisting that as I had online booking, I can check in at only regular time I.e. 12 noon. Very Sad.
