Service is not good Snacks was prepared and served in 45 mins And there was parking problem You have to come any time in the night to shift your car

I had a great experience with my stay as the staff was very polite and very helpful and rooms were very clean as well

The Rooms are Neat & clean . The Staff is really good and helpful. Overall a good stay at this place.

The room was dirty and ventilation on the room also the food was not good so i would like suggest be clean

Stay was good along with good hospitality but parking spaces are limited upto 3-4 cars

Food is not very good and fresh. All items are not properly cooked. And as a welcome drink they give me 20 Rs thump up bottle which is not a welcome drink at all. The serving style is very poor.

check-in & check-out was smooth. The staff was very cooperative and efficient. All the amenities were available.

Rooms are decent spacious, clean but food is not good at all also limited breakfast options available so better plan for another hotel

The hotel was decent overall, but the rooms lacked windows and were only moderately clean. For the price, I expected a better experience.

The hotel is in a good location. Best thing is that it has 24x7 food available(they don't keep fruits. The coffee mugs have cracks. You need to inform them to change the towels & bedsheets. Rooms are in good size. You need to ask for a heater in winter days. Staff is helping & they setup morning call from reception as on request.

The room was ok but the bedsheet was not clean the tv in the room was not working.

V bad uncooperative staff at the reception. Not at all customer friendly. Smell of urine in bathrooms, cigarette smell in rooms & corridors. No floor designated as smoking floor, smoking allowed in all rooms so non smokers are in for a shock. Reception staff outright refuse if you request them for anything.

Worst property, rooms are too small, room service and food quality is very bad. Prices of food and rooms are extremely high, behaviour of person sitting in reception desk is not polite

A great stay with a great service staff is always welcome with a smile the location is so easy to reach.

Pathetic hotel with no windows … the rooms are very small and are without any windows and ventillation morever there is no buffet breakfast option and they provide you breakfast in room which is like street food. After paying a good amount of money what you get is a glorified lodge nothing more than that
