Review Of Hotel Malak Mahal Palace

My stay here was very disappointing. The hotel is in a good location near Jal Mahal, but the facilities and maintenance are in terrible condition. The AC was not working properly and rooms were very uncomfortable. Toilet flush was faulty, seats not cleaned, and overall bathroom hygiene was very poor. The lift was in a terrible condition and felt unsafe. Taps, chairs, and other furniture looked ancient and worn out – chairs were even torn. There was visible dust around the room, showing lack of proper cleaning. A foul smell from the nearby canal made the stay even worse. The hotel has potential due to its location, but serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities is urgently needed

Not at all good.Was more of a dingy place.Not a place to stay at all.Bed linens were not clean, blankets were smelly and TV was not working.It is not the same as it was shown in the profile. Wifi signals were really weak.

The washrooms were in very poor condition and the shower was not working in both the rooms and even the room were very bad. It was totally different watching it from outside n inside. The rooms are not worth to what i spent for them. Really disappointed with having a property on makemy trip have this type of condition. Sorry i have checkedout in the morning otherwise i have shared it

This hotel is like dharamshala, geyser is available but no hot water, i can’t order food having no restaurent in hotel, no intercom available. If you want something then go to reception, i asked to change room with road view, they told for mmt booking we can’t change. Those are for who will come direclty

The hotel refused to give the room as the staff said they had no booking confirmation from mmt.

It’s very easy to find, beautiful location just beside of jal mahal, every visiting place is near from this location ie amer fort, jai garh fort, nahargarh fort & hawa mahal

Tv is not working, food is not up to the mark. Room can be better

Location is good but rooms are pretty old and dirty. Beware if you are visiting with the family. Washrooms were quite smelly and dirty. Dont expect tissue papers, toilet rolls, dental kit etc where as in the same budget got amazing services by the amer valley.

Property location is in close vicinity to jal mahal. Amiable staff, average food, need to improve dining area.

No drinking water, no tv, no breakfast, no locking facility in bathroom, leaking toilet flush and geyser, unclean bedsheets, no wardrobe in the room, no night light in the room, no ventilation in the room, broken/non-working electrical boards.

Dirty room, dirty washroom, TV is there but no satellite connection. I booked a room with breakfast, but hotel person said no breakfast in your booking and they didn't give a breakfast to us.

Hotel management was not good. Dirty room and bathroom. Bathroom was very dirty and bad quality

To. V and freeze are not working. Could not provide any time of water. Intercom are not working. Foods item are very costly

We didn't stay there as we found uncooperative staff with bad behavior and it was very dirty all Around inside the Hotel. I would prefer footpaths instead of this Hotel.

No shampoo, no mirror, no cupboard. Bad smell. Bad service. I will not recommend anyone.
Dislike very bad smell in the hotel. No cupboard in the room. No mirror. Bed was of very worst condition. Making too much noise. No ventilation.

Hotel located on main road only. Services by hotel management was good and even food was also good. Only the problem was the room maintenance, I have booked deluxe room, but I got a normal room.
Water was not going out in bathrooms. Totally I have changed three rooms. First room was out of power, second room AC was not working and adjusted with third room even the water level was very low in bathroom.

Very good hotel room and a great location, very near to Jail Mahala palace, Jaipur. Bit lacking in service though but a comfortable stay for a night or two. Various restaurants are available nearby, if you opt to dine elsewhere.

The location of the hotel is good near the jail Mahala and all monuments on road room very clean all service are good if I'll go to the next time to Jaipur I'll stay there and I recommend to all MMT customers for the malak Mahala hotel

. Loneliness in hotel and lot of difficulty to stay there room are not clean also located near a sever. All rooms are deserted and amenities are broken and old. Like bed, pillow, chadar, are old and purani. I advice all traveller not to book this hotel. All the people travelling here just watch towards the hotel feeling sometimes bad.

Room was okay. Hotel staff was very good. Hotel location was superb. Everything was firne except water provided by the hotel. Kindly provid mineral water. Staff is very good and superb. So the trip was quite good.
