hey, make my trip I would like to say big thanks for recommendation for this hotel which was so amazing stay over here for two days..safe ,secure, well maintained, hygienic with quick service and polite behavior of receptionist and service people...room was neat clean with great front view of malviya Nagar main road..I loved the Stya over here..would like to.come back soon 😀

Pros: Stay was satisfying. Cleanniness was excellent. Cons: Room service was quite disgusting as they were very late to respond. Complimentary buffet breakfast didn’t have much option in this price range of hotel. They were indifferent to fill the food if it got empty in the tray within their breakfast time slot. So don’t delay your time in having breakfast, have it as early as possible. They gave a room which was interconnected with another room which was quite annoying. They didn’t even bother to change the room inspite of repeated request.

Good Stay
The hotel is good, pretty new and neat and clean. Service is also good. Room size is decent but bathrooms is a bit congested. Location is good as it's located close to airport and has many restaurants within few kms. It's away from main markets and tourist places though, so you need to use some transport. Food in restaurant is average so better to skip. One challenge we faced was no option for heating even in peak winter, which you'd expect in any good hotel with central ac.

Average Stay
Stay at royal lakshmi plaza was an average. Rooms were not same as shown and manipulated as on the mmt platforms. No general toiletries like towel, tooth brush, hair dryer, floor mat etc were provided which is very common even in 2 star stay. Overall an average experience. Overpriced for such a casual stay.
