Early check-in facility given , but room was not prepared , telephone was there but non functional, hotel management and Restruent both have no correlation we have to coordinate both separately. Food quality is good

Car cannot goes to the hotel. Even small autos can’t go there. Very small & congested road. We have to carry baggage’s own and walk to reach the property.

Negative features: No proper room service - You don't even have facility to call room service as their phone line is shut almost all the time. They mentioned about 24 hrs in room dining while truth is, you won't even get tea before 8.30 AM Service staff is unskilled and not familiar with hospitality thing. Air conditioning is not good as they don't provide you AC remote and leave you with simple On/Off switch. property is located very near to Shree Mahakaleshwar Jyotirling Temple but it is in a very congested residential area. Only two wheelers and 3-wheeler Rikshwa can reach there but 4 wheeler can't. Staff there is very nice and helpful if you can reach out to them. Intercom was not working. you need to call on hotel's given mobile number. Food we tried was very tasty. Hotel's Restaurant Atithi is a pure veg restaurant. overall it was an okay experience for us

The hotel was not at all accessible by car and the staff dragged the luggage in mud. The rooms are average with no free space

Staff is so shameless one can't imagine. my wife was travelling solo and she ordered tea in the noon in her room. imagine someone knocked her door at 12 am midnight asking for the tea money. normally accounts are settled when u check out. next they claim breakfast is included in the booking and although they have a proper restaurant they dint serve there and gave poha wrapped in a newspaper and cold and the sweetest tea possible. not worth recommending and not worth the price. please avoid.

This is a very good hotel Maheshwari Avenue thanks make my trip to provide good hotel owan site and also good food provide by hotel so I think when I will plan trip my first option is make my trip thanks again hotel Maheshwari Avenue and make my trip.

We booked the hotel for an overnight stay in mid May. First the positives- 1. The staff was cordial, and provided all information readily. We checked-in at 11 pm, yet the staff was helpful. 2. The location is 5 star, in the sense that it is 5 mins walking distance from the market as well as Gate no. 1 of Mahakaal Temple. 3. The rooms were decent sized, clean and there were no smells or insects as mentioned in earlier reviews. 4. The restaurant served us amazing food, contrary to many of the reviews. I do not know whether this was a fluke or not. 5. The owner/manager even allowed us to keep our room past our check-out time, as there was a lot of rush at the temple and we came back late. For no extra charge. 6. They provide a taxi service to Omkareshwar and Indore. It was a decent and hassle free ride. Negatives- 1. No toiletries in the bathroom, bathroom wasn't clean enough. 2. The hotel looks dinghy and shady, at least we felt so when we checked in late at night. 3. There is a lot of noise, as many people come and go at odd hours, early or late check-ins and darshan timings. 4. The lift might not be always available, as power cuts are common. So be careful of that. 5. The autos usually drop you at the market road, and one has to walk at least 100-150 metres to reach the hotel. Overall, a good place to stay at, with family, budget friendly, near the temple.

Good food,location and facility

The hotel is silent, which is good, and it's also located very near to the temple, which is good, but the bathrooms are not that clean, and even the blankets are not that good and were dirty and also smelled smoky. The hotel is expensive, but they didn’t offer a single water bottle. We booked a triple-bed room, but the only thing that they provided us was towels—nothing else. For Rs.3500 per night, it's not worth it. And now comes the worst part: checkout time. It's 9:00 am in the morning. I mean, seriously? I'll not recommend this hotel at all.

People use Make my trip as trusted portal, assuming some on ground checks are done. Not even worth half the price I paid. Car cannot reach the property. No brooming / mopping done before giving the room. Guess entire property had no other guest apartment from us.

The best hotel in Ujjain. Rooms are spacious, washroom are clean. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is tasty. Hardly a minute walk to the Mahakal Temple. Best option for budget friendly stay in Ujjain
