Average, near the mandir but no car can come till hotel need to walk 10 min from main road, rest all hotel is average

Vicinity to temple, to gate no:4 & 1, clean rooms, food good, check in time 10.00 am, checkout 9.00 am, although little flexible.

Hotel is no direct Road connected. No parking facility available. Hotel management talking very rude. No Room Service. No intercom facility.

Food was delicious and well prepare. Property was in street which is little far from main road and you need to confirm from locals for thus property location for the first time.

We arrived early and the hotel owner was going to provide us with amenities 1 hour earlier but we were disappointed the commitment was wrongly made.

Location is Good. Hardly 5 min walk to Mahakal gate no 1. Room spacious and clean.Staff co operative. Restaurent and Room service good. Few improvments will add more comfort i.e. Toilet tissue role, tea / coffee maker set, wi-fi, sofa.

Very bad experience rude staff and management poor facility. Deluxe room was not clean at all. Lot of cockroaches. There is no seating in the room , switch board in the center of bed touching pillow. Constantly getting light on and off. Entire night was disturb. Hotel is not on the road. Its too much inside. Local Transport don’t come easily. Approaching road to hotel is very bad.

The location is super, near to temple. But the rooms are not up to mark as per price. Food prices are high compared to quality. cleanliness can be improved. TV was not working.

It is the nearest and most convenient place to stay near the dham. Staying here made it easy to attend the 6 am puja , if you don’t go early, you’ll end up in a long queue later. The rooms are clean, staff are polite, and it’s a peaceful, family-friendly stay. The only issue is the narrow lanes leading to the property, but since it’s so close to the temple, the location is totally worth it.

terrible stay........ don't have buffet breakfast........ only 2 items in breakfast and you can't repeat......... toilet was not good..... room was not proper........

Stay , hotel ambiance and hotel staff were very helpful! Food was good and reasonable and also the tea was too good ! Feedback - pls install an intercom in the rooms for ordering room service it will be more convenient ! - bigger size of tea cups please Tea is very good but for the price what we are paying teacups are too small and more washroom accessories should be there like shampoo , toothpaste and brush , some body lotion ! I give 4star on over all rating ! Nilesh ji was very helpful .

Excellent stay. Decent behaviour of hotel staff. Very good quality food. Their room are big and well equipped with all necessities.

Roads connecting to property are very narrow. Car can not go there. They dont have parking for cars. Its very near to temple and very good option to stay. Stay was comfortable.

bad experience of morning breakfast.there was no buffet.also hotel charged me extra amount for breakfast. one positive point of staff good behaviour.specially Mr.Nilesh .very good hospitality,but restaurant experience was pathetic.

This is very close to Mahakaleswar Temple, supportive staff. Delicious food in the ground floor restaurant. Best part about is the location and courteous staff

location is very difficult, we had to struggle a lot to find this hotel.
