It was comfortable. The property location, food, amenities, services everything was excellent. It was in walking distance from the Mahakaaleshwar temple that helped to reach the temple for early morning darsha.

Only location is convenient being closer to temple. Rest hotel and its services are of 2 star.

Room service was not provided. The room was not properly cleaned and very damp. Toilet was not clean and was smelling. The staff didn't help with luggages. Bedsheet was old and linted and blankets were dusty and old. Overall very poor experience. The only plus point of the hotel is that it is very close to Mahakal Temple literally 2 mins walk.

Locationally it is convenient, as it is very near to the temple. However, food is average. Due to the solar system, warm water not hot water is available in morning time only. Complimentary drinking water bottle not served. Room service is good but rooms found are not so clean with cockroaches noticed in the washroom. These things are required to be looked into on priority.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed, leading to an excellent sleep quality. The food at the restaurant was also delicious and freshly made. We especially enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, which was within walking distance of many popular landmarks.

Rooms are good and clean. Hotel is close proximity to temple. but check out system is not good. check out time is 9 am and extra 200 for every hour after check out time

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was far below acceptable standards and turned into a complete nightmare. I wanted to stay for two days, but due to a medical emergency that happened with my health, I had to cut short my stay to one day. I have submitted my reports too in the mail, whose revert I haven't got.  From the moment I entered the room, I noticed poor cleanliness, a strong smell coming from the drainage, and visible stains on the washroom taps. The bathroom bucket looked pale and unhygienic, and even the blanket provided was dirty. These issues collectively made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I had expected basic levels of hygiene and service, but unfortunately none of these were met. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I will not be recommending this property to anyone in the future. Neither MMT helped in any of the matter from cancellation due to medical emergency and in return of refund, nor did the hotel people give me the single-day stay at the hotel with ease due to various issues.

This was, without question, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I booked 7 rooms for my family during the stay at Ujjain. The rooms were completely unhygienic, bed sheets had stains, clearly not cleaned, and honestly disgusting. The bathrooms were so foul and stinking that it was hard to even step inside. There is zero value for money, and even basic cleanliness is missing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone—not even for a one-night stay.

Everything was pathetic from Rooms to Beds, Blankets, Bathrooms was stinking. Passages were filled with garbage. Restaurant was no where upto any standard. Worst experience of Stay. Never recommends to anyone.

The location of the hotel is in a congested area where four wheeler can't reach. The hotel is like a guest house not up to the mark of make my trip.

Pathetic experience during the stay. Booked 7 rooms for my family for 2 days. The rooms were not at cleaned and basic hygiene standards were completely ignored. Washrooms were super stinky. Would not recommend anyone staying here.
