in booking description, it was mentioned that breakfast included with the booking. But they provided nothing for breakfast. No breakfast and the room was also not as same given on MMT website. Makemytrip is cheated with me. I want refund as room service was poor and shifted me to some other hotel which was mentioned earlier

its a 3rd class property. Fourth class also if it exists. i do not know where to start. First as we enter the rooms are exact opposite to fool people. it looked like they have applied AI filter on room interior. Next we checked Towels were stained with rust mark on it and asked to replace but no one came to resolve it. the other towel looked to be in use since 10 to 15 years atleast. indians use such towels.for mopping at home. Then Ac and fan are remote controlled for which remote was not given in room. i had to call them everytime i need to adjust the fan or ac. next i looked at bed sheet, it was torn and there were cigerette burn holes there. the ac quilt was torn apart inside which i can see a very dirty quilt. finally i entered Bath room and had no hope at this point with this property. you know what shower was leaking from joint. Not a single thing was good about it. they have given some local bath soap and vatika shampoo. then whenever we are imteracting with the staff, they are all illerate and talking against the issue. it is a pathetic property. dont go for it. . ujjain is such a big llace with so many places to go. my itenary was also tight so could not contact mmt on time. but when i did reach out to mmt and aksed if i would get refund as no room was livable, they told me they will not be able to refund even if i would reach out to them during check in time. we book on mmt to get best of the best expwrience and if they are not able to help against such pathetic experience there are lots of option near temple

worst property and I will never recommend this to anyone,we had 3 room booked and initially we asked them for 1 room around 9.30 AM,they told me that They have fixed early check in charges and asked me to pay 700 extra,I paid them, then room was so dirty,wash room was also dirty and in breakfast you have limit that you can't eat more than 2 item in complimentary breakfast.Also they don't have proper cook and they will come at 8:30am so you cannot plan your day properly if you booked complimentary breakfast.There is no privacy in bathroom.They have used glass door and it's transparent.Please don't book this hotel.Propertyis too old so photos are old. I cancelled the treebo hotel after looking at Google reviews but it seems like a paid review

Good location near to ujjain station and mahakal mandir, tasty food and very good service of hotel staff.

It was good stay, washrooms floor tiles were placed in a haste without any adhesive. Location wise ok. Staff was good.

Room was good But their room service is not good television was not in work Inter call phone aslo not in work I complaint many time but no reply from their staff.

To reach property location is quiet tricky as it is down road from main road and you have to look properly for turns as way to property is having confusing 3 crossing meeting. Also the property area is of a bit low locality surroundings. Property stay was average bed, blanket and towels were clean. Rooms and bathrooms are clean but needs proper maintenance as it's got quiet old so needs repair also was having some kind of typical bad smell of sewage in passage and hotel.

All services were good. Room were clean and bathrooms were clean food not available at the hotel rest all good
