Review Of Hotel Lua Nova

I had never experienced such horrible services. Room - poor quality, no basic amenities like water, no cleaning of bed sheet pillow cover nothing and many other i just recommend better to rent a lodge than this hotel

The hotel view didn't match as displayed. Hygeine issue at the hotel. Beds and bed covers were dirty. Basic amenities missing at the room. Hotel was not at all maintained

1)the upkeep of the hotel was bad 2) the freshly done bedsheets also stinked. 3) rooms were dusty n furniture was broken, the mini fridge seemed to have been not cleaned for ages. 4) lizard on the wall 5) even basic drinking water bottle were not provided complementary. 6) door lock had a problem 7) curtains were dusty stinky n seemed to be unwashed for very long 8) no facility of intercom.

Hotel management is very gud. And a great service. Hotel is very near by for calangute, and baga beach, overall service is better.

Third class room and staff not any facilities very disgusting not come again in this hotel maja kharab ho gaya

It’s very near by Baga brace, tittos club lane and market staffs are very helpful and pool is also nice, you have to must try.🎉

Worst hotel i have ever seen

The hotel is not good and not worth of money, better to come to the hotel than book the room don't book in advance, rooms are not that much clean, better to avoid to stay here.

Property's location is very good it's so near to baga beach you can easily go there with no guidance

Rooms were very bad, horrible dirty bathrooms. Bathroom louvers were stuck, because of that tenants staying in the neighbourhood property can see the entire bathroom.. And also the manager / owner were very rude and arrogant while we checked in.. Absolutely stay away…

Bad food, lazy room service, uncleaned pool

Complementary breakfast was pathetic. Towels were not provided

very bad stay...rooms,bedsheets were not clean ... asked for change but they did not provide... no water bottles in room ...room service is very bad... we had a wasp nest in the room balcony and was stung by it... after calling 3 times the guy came and broke the nest... balcony was unusable throughout our stay...dedicated parking is not there at all and owner said to park anywhere... we had a fight with one lady from the another hotel beside for parking in front of their gate... worst experience...

It was an amazing awesome experience to stay here. The place is really meant for writers who wanna have some peace and quiet and can see nature with it's natural surroundings. Food is really good and the staff i will give 10/10. The owner anthony is really a amazing guy.

They are not provided extras 2 beds, they provided 6 beds only for 8 members, they are charged extra 1000 rupees, i have pfoofs

The stay is good not a excellent rooms are so small and the major problem is bathroom is not very bad and even they not provide you the bucket

Good near baga beach otherwise average stay here
