I stayed for a night . Shower and Geyser were not working. They did not respond even after escalating .

I stayed only for few hours and property being adjacent to Kanpur station has always been a priority to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, but due to an ongoing metro project, there is a lot of dust in the surroundings. The rooms have little to no ventilation, making them prone to unpleasant odors. Additionally, basic amenities like an iron (₹100) and a dental kit (₹20) are charged extra, which feels unnecessary. Overall, the stay was not very comfortable.
