In the heart of the town , every thing is near by, staff were extremely politeful, specially tyson at the reception , he helped me plan my day . i saw operation manager multiple time . he was every where, he took his time to talk to me ,

It’s good but rooms are small clean and service also good

It is located in the middle of the town. The food was great. Charged us for food that was not ordered. Had to call room service to remind them of our order. They billed us twice for the same food - once on our order and second time when we reminded them of our order. At check out they submitted the second bill/Duplicate. They insisted on payment without actually giving the food. So at checkout time, I asked them to give the food if payment is required. Waited in the lobby until they prepared the food. Paid for it and handed the food to the people in Auto stand right in front of the hotel. Crazy staff they have.

It was a good and pleasant stay overall. The room was really neat, clean, and well-maintained. The room service staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, I did notice a slight delay during the check-in process, which could be improved for a smoother experience in the future. Overall, I would rate the hotel positively and recommend it to others, especially for the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. Thank you.

Pathetic stay, ac was not working in the first room provided. Lift was not working for 20mts in the morning in which i missed a meeting. I have to come down through stairs and also for having breakfast.

Stay was ok. Bathroom taps are very tight and jammed. Have booked the room with breakfast but when we went for having breakfast in the morning almost all the food items were finished by 9:30 am itself. Nothing was available and even after request they brought 4 poori and little scrambled egg. Food quality is worst. The hotel is not worth the price they charge for the rooms.

The airconditioner was not working, there were no reception or housekeeping numbers mentioned in the room, so that i could connect.

Room overall structure facilities extremely good. We stayed two night s and a day. First night stay over there was no room service, no house keeping, on provision of wash room items.

Good experience nice stay it was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

There where no one to attend us in restaurant we had to knock the door for many times for an attender to come out to take orders, food was expensive also room is good and clean

It is a well maintained hotel. Nore value for money. Neet, clean, and well maintained. Well behaved staff hotel has a nice bar too

The hotel room itself was good. But the computer table with chair had wall-mount tv onto it making it impossible to work. The tv does not work. The fridge was turned off and my food got spoiled. The bathroom was flooding during shower. The towels were old and white towels looked like mud colour. Unless i had my own i could have not had showered. The bath supplies were funny 5 or 10 ml bottles of shampoo conditioner body wash and moisturiser you ask for more they give the same thing again the toilet rolls were old and wet and unclean and it has. A sign saying we cleaned it for your safety. It was hilarious. When i asked for more clean toilet rolls the night manager had informed. All the stock is the same as they bought it in bulk coffee and tea supplies were minimal with 4 packets of milk powder and two coffee powders and 2 tea bags. I qh e never stayed in a hotel this poor. However the bed is awesome you could sleep in it if you don’t took at the sheet and get paranoid. However i would rate the hotel as a 3/10 in overall

Front office assistance of kabani was poor please teach them for customer friendly and customer convenience

Well cleaned rooms and good food. We as a family did enjoy the day there. The hotel is aptly located at the town center and the staff was also very helpful.

Hotel service was not as per promise. Though the cost was quite significant for a not so big town service was very poor. At the very first instance we had to wait for few minutes at the reception before moving to room, there when we asked for glass of water to drink we were denied and asked to go and have water after reaching the room or going to dining hall and order. Fan knob was broken and can't be regulated ac remote was not available and controller was placed quite high and not yet asily accessible. Wifi didn't work for inspite of asking help they couldn't connect for net work was not visible. Complimentary breakfast no option except dosa overall can't recommend for next stay

We checked in at 11:30pm. We ordered food by 10. 50pm as the restaurant was closing at 11. They kept the food ready at our room. The room and food both was great. The breakfast was having limited options, but the food was tasty.

Stay was excellent. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Room service was also comment-able one. Staffs are very cooperative and polite.
