The delay in serving breakfast occurred due to maintenance work in our kitchen & store that extended late into the previous night. As a result, both our F&B Manager and Chef, who had supervised the work, were unavailable during breakfast hours. Their presence would have certainly prevented this issue. Additionally, the front desk had prepared your room bills but was awaiting invoices from the restaurant for the food consumed by your non-resident guests. This led to further delays. We are very sorry that you and your family were unable to have breakfast with us. We acknowledge that, despite these constraints, our team could have managed the situation better. This has been taken as a learning experience, and our staff are being trained to handle such situations more efficiently in the future. We deeply regret these mistakes and are reinforcing our procedures to prevent such lapses going forward.

We upgraded the hotel in both style and substance, incorporating feedback from guests like you, post Covid-19 pandemic. Now, our hotel offers a seamless experience, starting from the main entrance to the reception and business center on the ground floor, the revamped family restaurant and executive bar on the first floor, guest rooms and a boardroom on the second floor, and a banquet hall on the third floor. There is a self-service bar on the hotel premises, but its entry is completely separate. A bifurcation begins at the entry gate, approximately 47 meters (154 feet) from the hotel building, directing guests either to the self-service bar or the main hotel. A distinct, isolated pathway leads to the self-service bar, ensuring separate access from the gate onward. On October 26, 2023, our hotel was officially reclassified as a 4-star establishment with alcohol service by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
