    Location - Far from Sea Beach. So sogn of sea except the breezing food - Average. People serving was instructed to serve as little as possible, serve gravy instead of stuff wherever possible. Had to ask even for salad as serving was so less like only two pieces of cucumber anx two rings of onion amenities - Good. Swimming Pool, Rainy Dance all are good. Evening ambience was amazing. Services - Average

    Property's Review Room - very good. Neat and tidy.๐Ÿ‘ Food - Bengali dish and Chinese preparations are good๐Ÿ‘ Ambiance - Excellent ๐Ÿ‘Œ Facilities - Everything was fine. The facility room service personnel very humble and decent in attitude.๐Ÿ‘ Intercom was not working though. Else everything was well organised. Check-in / check-out - The formalities were done fast. ๐Ÿ‘ Car parking - ๐Ÿ‘ Location - very decent location. Peaceful. Well it is a bit far away from beach but the ambiance inside the hotel gives total comfort in one place so quite relaxing, but will be deprived from beach view pleasure. In simple terms you need a conveyance to reach the beach ๐Ÿ–๏ธ. Overall - Nice stay. Very good ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ *Recommended specially for those who makes family trip consisting both aged and young ones*

    Reception behavior is not good. Not obeying the customer problems. In all over India check in and check out time is 12 noon. But here is not as per guidelines. Corridor of the floor is too much dirty and surrounding area only cigarettes smell was coming. FOOD IS TASTY. rate of the rooms is very much flexible. Within 6 to hours it's changed. For Tripple bed taken Rs. 3600 approx per night but no breakfast complimentary. Overall exprence is not good. Except Food.

    very bad experience, this hotel cheat us by giving room which was not allotted by make my trip , we knew it after some hours of spending , total unhygienic ,food was also bad , my point of view it's a 2 star hotel , staff behaviour aslo very rude & they take 10 rupees tax per person in hotel with out any reason , waste of money , swimming pool was too dirty as one of their staff says that the pool was cleaned 6 months a go . don't go to this hotel .

    Hotel was supersaturated from 7-9th June beyond their serviceable capacity ,food quality was very poor, all the foods were made with lots of spices because all the foods were in stale conditions, may be to hide their rotten taste. Location is a bit away from the beach. Locks of verandas were not at all working, constantly water was dripping from the outdoor machine of AC at the Veranda. Will not stay there again.

    This hotel makes you feel like staying in an apartment society. There is too much commotion everywhere and on top of that they have an announcement system which will disturb you from time to time. The fan in the room makes creaking noise. They do have a grand restaurant but with too limited options of food. The pool is dirty with green water. The staff is well behaved but they make you wait during checkout while they check the room you left for anything you might have stolen from there. Common guys this is not hospitality.
