1st complain - When I the hotel that time it was showing complimentary breakfast was there but when I check in the hotel that time hotel manager told me We don't have complimentary breakfast and only one item to eat is there they did not provide any common things like toothpaste and toothbrush etc. second complain - they do not follow the hotel industry rules they had their own rules. third complain - the hotel swimming pool timining was very bad that it starts from 12:00pm and ends in 6:00pm and the water of the swimming pool was so dirty. fourth complain - I had booked three people two adults and one child and the child is 11 years old and they do not gave two blankets Even I asked the house keeping they were arguing with me that I don't know ask to the manager it was a very bad experience i will never visit your hotel again.

Property location is good but service and hospitality is very worst. We never stay in this hotel in next time.
