Hotel is so so okay for Short stay..They are not bother about drinking water even though after reminding them..Less cleanliness... Not cleaning room every day.. Staff is okay...co operative but they are I think helpless for providing water and other facilities to customer...

Window was broken, bathroom accessories are not cleaned, no hooks in bathroom, no towel provided. Slightly overpriced.

Few issues that i face : 1. Flush in bathroom was not working. Even after repeated complaints. It was not resolved. 2. Bed sheet has holes. 3. Mosquito issues in night without any mosquito repellant in the room. 4. Tv was not working - i did not complaint of that. 5. Outside room in the passage there was water in the night. 6. Not even water bottle was there in the room. 7. Toilets was not clean.

It was a good and a safe stay altogether. All the appliances were working properly, staff was also cooperative. I would recommend this stay as a good and affordable stay.

The location of the hotel is good and staff behaviour is comparatively.

No service, aunts moving around in room, dirty room and not provided towels.

On 10th we booked a room in g cc hotel in ahmedabad through makemytrip, but as soon as we reached the hotel the hotel owner refused us saying that no room has been booked for you here. We had to book a room in another hotel in frustration. We got it at double the price.

After online booking, i called the hotel to inform for late check-in. The hotel owner asked me to cancel my booking and pay him offline at the hotel otherwise he will not issue a room for check-in.

Room was good, though washroom need to work on. Also having seepage in the room. And the group of ant is there in the room corner. Overall good.

There is no proper reception. It seems they are running shop not hotel. There is no any room service. No waiter, only one person. Even than no any there for drinking water. In case of any emergency no any facilities or person is available who can help guests.

I should have given a good rating but the staff at the hotel was terrible. They were asking for tip every time.
