No food, breakfast, lunch and dinner are available in this hotel. Don't stay if you are from business class, otherwise hotel is good.

Location is good but only one of the point for staying hotel Neelkanth Inn. Otherwise no properly provided room service, food, drinking water and toiletries.

Room conditions are very bad. There is no facility unless and until you don't ask for something example no towel, no soap, no mineral water. Very very bad experience. Please don't suggest to anyone. Entry door were broken. Washroom was not clean. Air-condition was broken. Very bad I will not suggest anyone to visit at all.

Room and overall hotel cleaness is extremely poor. Service staff is not at all trained. Overall it was a worst experience. Room was not clean properly. There were bed bugs spread over the bed. Bed sheet and covers were not cleaned.

Hotel manager behaviour is very bad to customer, room cleanliness is very bad, room is very bad smelling, room bathroom is very dirty, room AC is broken or not working properly, I am not booked hotel next time.

Only one thing is positive and that is Location. Rooms are not up to mark, facilities are very poor. Bed sheets are dirty. TV is there but no connection of cable or DTH. Leakage in the bathroom. Tables are broken. No toiletries and drinking water. Not value for money.

Worst service, worst rooms, dirty rooms, No staff to help you when you need them. My bad experience, after reaching the room, then we come to know there is no water in room. All the guest are fighting with the reception . . I would suggest not to stay in Neelkanth Inn ever ..

The only good thing about this hotel is it's location otherwise it's facilities is not as prompt as my previous two visit. Their is not tv in my room. Dustbin is full of garbage. As per iternity no toiletries are not available. I have to inform to reception about this

My experience was good. I had stayed at this hotel 5 to 6 times but I never had complained. Staff is awesome and co operative. One thing I didn't like is the hotel AC. Room was nice and as per rate its good

Very badly maintained Room with foul smell and dusty beds. Tv not working. Reception manager behavior very rude and not customer friendly. Would never recommend for any one especially for people travelling with family.

The service was very lethargic and unprofessional. Room offered was pathetic. Hygiene factor was double zero I have never experienced such a stay. No proper accessories in room, no TV remote too, only one item in breakfast I. E. Bread Butter I request make my trip to exclude this hotel from your suggestions. After all affecting your reputation too

Hotel is situated at Good place but need to improve lot in interior of rooms. Hotel is not so good and not so bad. Good connectivity for saurashtra area like Rajkot, Jamnagar, Junagadh and Bhavnagar. All private bus service office is very near to HOTEL.
