the hotel is nice rooms are clean but the ac stopped working at night and when we requested the manager to change the room or to help us with the ac he said we are working on it and we were forced to stay in that room until the next afternoon the bedsheets were unclean and the blanket was dirty with stain marks.

This is my third time starting in this hotel. The location is very good and very convenient for shopping and transportation. They have their restaurant and a number of popular food outlets are within walkable distance. Ambience and service is comfortable

Not clean for that price tag. bed sheets are not changed. location is good as i wanted near the market and bus stand. over all not recommended

Spacious and hygienic rooms, the beds are were also spacious, bathrooms were also good overall good experience and worth for money

The service and staff behavior are good. Parking is available in front of the hotel, along the roadside. Since the hotel is located in the heart of the city, you can expect some traffic.

I booked for 24th but i came to hotel to check-in @ 7.3 am, if rooms are completely full i can understand , but rooms were their & 2 customer checked in he did not offer me to early check in even i requested i will pay extra for early check in , he denied , policy should be for all he allowed 2 customer why not me , T 9.15 he allowed me & there was room available which made me more disappoint , And he is asking me to vacate next day same time i requested extra 1 hour he did not allowed , he called today morning at 8.15 am and skiing me to vacate , i usually stay in Heritage Inn hotel due to non availability i tried , but never will visit again . service is complete Nill , no smile rude behavior......

The location of the hotel was excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, I found the service to be below expectations. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that breakfast was not available on-site. Instead, the hotel provided food from a nearby restaurant, which was not ideal for my needs.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a huge disappointment. For the price they charge, I expected at least a clean and comfortable stay, but that was far from reality. The bedsheets and towels were dirty, clearly not washed properly, and had stains on them. The bathroom was even worse—broken fixtures, a leaking shower, and an overall filthy condition that made it uncomfortable to use. The entire room felt poorly maintained, with dust and grime everywhere. The staff didn’t seem too concerned about the issues when I raised them, and the overall service was subpar. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent stay. Definitely not worth the money!

This place will not be good for long stays for any business visit. Ok for single night stay. No hygeine, everything we need to ask. Basic water they won't provide unless you ask

The hotel's room allocation and customer service fell short of expectations. Initially, we were assigned a subpar room on the 3rd floor with unacceptable conditions. After voicing our concerns at the reception, we were asked to wait for half an hour for an alternative room to be prepared. Considering we checked in after 6 pm, this delay was inconvenient. The hotel's policy and communication require improvement"

Location is good-in a busy commercial area. Breakfast is provided by annapurna which is good. There is a restaurant at the bottom where the food is good. There are nearby restaurants too. Lift is there and fine. Amenities are standard. Hot water is available in the geyser. The staff are friendly. Basic level parking is there for 3 cars. It's a crowded neighbourhood.

Hi the washroom was really not upto the mark. Clieniness was q concern. Breakfast was received from nearby best restaurant but still i will not recommend for the room we stayed. It was obviously overpriced with lack of amenities.
