Hi, i have booked hotel at night and paid total amount advance and i moved from airport to hotel and when i landed at hotel. I was embarrassed and misbehaved but hotel people i have gone thru a very hard situation and i complaint, they assured me to pay to other hotel i managed somehow folded hand for accommodation and paid them cash. But commitment failed to reimbursed my loss even they have ask me. Thz payment receipt but still i have not received a single payment nor my loss what i paid znd of the day faces zero support. Its really disgusting and hurting. To face off such things. From such a esteem organization. I do suggest everyone before booking dont pay any advance and even if you book hotel pols do confirm with property with your booking or at the end face the dire consequence. Don't pay first.

It was a bad experience i have because hotel staff has very bad behaviour. And they gave me room with dirty blanket dirty bed sheet and bad smell in the room

They have not maintained the basic hygiene standerd of the rooms. 1. Spit marks are on the wall. 2. Yellow marks and bad smell from bed sheet and pillows. 3. Less space of the room. 4. Stain marks in the wc. 5. Health faucet was full of black fungus. Poor experience. I booked only because this hotel was verified but first tym this type of experience i observed. When i told the receptionist, he asked me to cancel the room booking. I hope i have mentioned all the points.

It was terrible. Rooms were untidy every where in room walls the marks of tobacco spitting it was worst night i spend in that untidy hotel it's my further appeal to you please barred such hotel from your booking area

Room and washroom was not clean

The trip was please-ant and good, we as a family had a great time staying there. Hope to be there soon when we visit this place again for our upcoming trips. Thanks!

Room are small. And not too near to the station. And the bathroom is also dirty. High price charge according to that room. I book AC room but make my trip made it non AC booking. I was charged extra for the AC. Really bad about make my trip.
