Stay was good and the best part is the location to access the town. Breakfast options was also good.

We had a very pleasant 3-day stay. The staff were very polite, the rooms were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was quite good. ample open parking facility. For dinner, it would be nice to have a few more options, such as South Indian dishes like idli and dosa.

I stayed at Dass Continental in Thrissur yesterday and was disappointed with the service. The receptionist seemed unbothered and unprofessional. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, I was given a room with a strong smoking smell and disgusting odor in the washroom. It took three reminders and 40 minutes to get the room changed, which was frustrating after checking in at 11 pm. Unfortunately, the second room also had a smelly washroom, but I couldn't request a change due to the late hour. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast at the restaurant, which was good, and the serving staff showed some professionalism. However, the overall experience was marred by the poor service at the reception. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for professional service.

Would have expected better room service as it took almost an hour of follow-up for extra mattresses and similarly also asked for toiletries but did not arrive on time ...otherwise the rooms were 👍

I had a pleasant stay in Das continental.The room was quite clean and all the necessary amenities were provided.The hotel staff was courteous.We had a buffet lunch which was really good and so was the breakfast provided.Overall our day was made .The only suggestion is that the room given to us was near the main road and the sound of traffic was affecting our sleep so please do make the rooms sound proof especially those facing the main road.

The Hotel Dass Continental is located in the heart of town. Close to Bus Stand, Railway Station, Market, Tourist attraction etc. The staff were courteous, helpful and provided early accommodation and extended stay. The food was very good. We enjoyed the stay and will recommend to our friends and relatives

Firstly i would say about the location, situated in the heart of town. Secondly the room, it was not much spacious, but the amenities provided was convincing. Lastly the hospitality was amazing. Could have made better options in food.

Good points: Location, plenty of parking, friendly staff, large sized bedroom and bathroom. Not-so-good points: maintenance is lacking (the locker was not working, the beading below the bathroom glass door was cut so water leaked out), food at the restaurant was just average in taste.

The room was slightly Stinky. The mosquito repellant liquid vaporizer was not provided. We could not sleep because of disturbance because of some repairing or falling things from an adjacent room room. At 2 O' clock in the night i had to call to the reception to complain this. Still it continued.

We had a comfortable stay in a clean room. Breakfast was very good. However the hallway or pathway outside the room was smelly. Overall a good place to stay.
