My stay at the hotel and was pleased with my experience. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. poor service ! house keeping service ! in toilet flush system poor water flush! not maintained well . Hot water availablity is poor . we cannot suggest to our friends and. family!

No Lift , Room in 2nd floor, No proper room service, Addl free mattress not provided, Erratic water supply / No hot water in the bathroom, Restaurant opening time is not in order food served only after 7:45 am suppose to be 7:30am. Tobacco smoke from the smokers emanating in the first floor. Overall not as expected.

Excellent service offered by the hotel. Be it the overall ambiance or the polite and friendly staff,e specially the restaurant staff. The room and the washroom was excellent Will visit again.

Life was out of order. Didn't mention it while booking or after. Amenities were too old. Totally disappointed for this booking rate.

Good parking tasty food warm reception. Toiletries given. Only 2 floors and no lift. Maintenance can be improved especially shower heads cleaning and upkeep

AC AND HEATER OF ROOM WAS NOT WORKING AND NOBODY SOLVED THE ISSUES. ROOM WAS FULL OF MOSQUITOS AND WE COULD NOT GET A PROPER SLEEP IN THE ROOM. ELECTRICITY WAS ALSO DISCONNECTED ON MULTIPLE OCCASSIONS. BEDSHEETS WERE NOT PROPERLY CLEANED. HOWEVER ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND PROVIDED GOOD BREAKFAST.

Lift was out order.Hence big trouble to seniors like us. We were shoked that lift was not working .There was no help.

Room is spacious and enough furniture, ample parking space. close to vadakunathan temple. They accepts card, cash and UPI. but toilet looks shabby with stain and foul smell keeps coming. No lift but noticed ongoing work .
