Rooms are well maintained and family friendly. convenient from Rly station and Bus stand. Good restaurants are near by.

The facilities and location were pretty okay. The receptionist on my day of arrival seemed to lack sense of courtesy, have no idea why hotels keep people have no idea and training on hospitality at the front desk.

Very good ambiance and near to town

Initialy had requested for early check in. But upon reaching was told no rooms available need to wait till 11am. But later after 30-45 minutes there was another family who wanted to also check in early and to my surprise they were provided rooms. And we were still waiting for a room. This is unfair treatment to us from hotel personnel.

Sivali residency location is good. They are not providing tooth brush, shaving kit. Only one towel provided for two persons. The seat of the closet was detached and was to keep it in position and adjust before sitting

Good peaceful stay staffs were very friendly and quickly responding for all our needs

The hotel was good close to the railway station, and the Thrissur vadakkunnathan temple was walkable distance. You have some tasty veg restaurant close by. Room could have been clearner few cockroaches were running around. Staff was helpful.

Excellent stay. Room was spacious, neat and clean and they provide all the amenities. Washroom and bed were neat and clean. It's well maintained. Staff were also supportive. I stayed with my family.

The property location is very good for different destinations, free from crowds and traffic.
