Nice and comfortable stay. Highlights is easy access, Family friendly, Spacious rooms and car parking

The wi-fi is not working, that’ secondary, even the ac was not functioning for 4-5 hours, we asked for a room change to which they said they don’t have one, they then sent someone to repair which took more than a hour and it wasted our whole day time in repair and suffering to which we paid 3728 rupees. Pathetic experience in hot summers of 32 degrees in kerela. I request for a compensation coupon for this entire booking amount. I paid decent amount for this booking to get a peaceful undisturbed comfortable stay which i could not get.

Very poor quality of rooms, there are no plug points for charging, poorly lit room and the bathroom is even worst. There is water logging while taking a bath

Excellent ambience, yummy food, nice service and wonderful greenery in hotel premises i really like the place and wonderful homely touch i feel

Building and premises are old type. Food is room services also good. Not exactly value for moneygood.

Need to maintain better to look, feel clean and hygienic. Better to give the property to the professionals to manage.
