Nice stay, wonderful food and great staff. Wonderful experience in staying in the hotel, it's nice, stay nice staff. Everything is wonderful.

Two night stay. Spacious and clean rooms. Hot water available in morning. Parking available in basement. Location quiet, clean roads. Service can be improved. Hotel has it's own restaurant .

Me and my daughter stayed at Room no 210. The closest was broken with lines,. The fittings of the toilet seat were damaged and loose. Coffee powder, Teacher bag, sugar etc not kept in the room. I requested them in the morning. Each day we have to request them to replace bottled water. I purchased Paneer curry from SLV pakshala, which was very salty. I am staying here for the 5th time here. But now their quality has declined.

I checked in at 6:30am today, and had asked receptionist Ravi Kumar to extend checkout time, he only gave an hour, that is, instead of 11am, 12am. It was my mistake some relief due to very late checkin due to choosing the same hotel every time I stay in Shimoga. But no. The bathroom floor was dirty, torn dirty towels were in the bathroom, pictures attached within. All else was good, security guards were very helpful and even the receptionist Sukanya was polite & attentive at the time of checkout.

Room is not worthy not recommended for business travellers. Just a room with bed and pillow nothing more then that.

Room was dusty & AC was too loud. Water was not hot for bathing .. Breakfast was good.Parking area is okay...

Location is good, food is average and variety is not at all there, the linen, towels were very old dirty. Upkeep too was not proper and service too was ok

It was an excellent and comfortable stay, the staff here are so courteous and caring, thanks to ravi gupta at reception who was very supportive, and shambhu at restaurant who was at our service taking care, overall the hygeine, rooms were clean, will surely visit again

Stayed for a night on way to gokarna. Rooms are spacious and food was fine. Executive class hotel. Breakfast can improve.

The kind of pricing for rooms, not upto the mark, there are many hotels in the shimoga available with similar pricing with good for eg, in this hotel hot water only during morning otherwise have to use cold water for bath

Well maintained rooms and hotel. Courteous staff. Enough parking space. Well located. Decent food. Needs one improvement- ramp available but not being used. My mother [91 years old] had to face some inconvenience. Ramp should be made available and must have easy access.

It was good experience for the price and I would like to come back again soon. Overall it was a good place
