CIKADA HOTEL

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were not clean, the mattress was dirty, and there were stains all over the walls. The balcony was also very dirty, which made the experience quite unpleasant. To make things worse, there was no hot water available during my stay. The only positive part was the breakfast — the food was okay, but not excellent. Overall, the hotel needs major improvement in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities.

Room was good. Food was good. Problems: 1) There was no water between 6am to 8am on 19-oct-2025. Issue was with the motor. 2) Toiletries was given only after the repeated request. 3) EV car charging points is not available. 4) Little expensive for the price.

Less items at breakfast and we had to pay for egg items Rooms were clean

Hotel bed linens were not clean. They need to ensure the bed linens are washed as they looked were faded and dirty. Service was average. Rooms were spacious for 2 adults. Location of the hotel is good.

Good hotel, decent food, near from highway, overall a decent stay option, location is on main road. Good.

Rooms are good but don't have 3 star amenities. Breakfast area is not good and they have limited spread. Front desk can be more professional

The staff doesn’t knows some basics. I was checking in around 11am, the person tells me i have to check out in 12 hours that’s mid night. The restaurant if you ask for tea in evening will say can’t give. They are confused on laundry services and don’t have clarity

Rooms are good. Spacious and nice. Service is slow. Laundry service is almost not there only. Room service for food is choosy. If you ask for tea at 8pm they will not make. The breakfast spread and taste is good. Room service and house keeping is slow

It was a really nice experience with this hotel and the staff was so friendly and cooperative. They are given complimentary breakfast for free and it's unlimited. I will recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

Lacks amenities desired for the price paid, but food is satisfactory and cleanliness is also satisfactory
Besides safety i would like to mention that the facilities were not up to the mark for the price
