Hotel room was very good. It was neat and tidy. But no room cleaning was done after a day. There was no breakfast available for which i had already paid. They used to bring it from outside which was not what we wanted if breakfast is not available same thing should be advertised on mmt. That was disappointing

Location was good, no car parking was available car has to park on road side, lenin and bath towels are not in good condition, bath towels are so rough not possible to use at all. It is not to the standards of sai international

The hotel stay was comfortable. The receptionist called a day in advance and confirmed our arrival The courtesy shown by all the staff during our stay was good Cleanliness and hygiene is well taken care of 👍 The bedding and toiletries are good and changed daily The restaurant and room service is appreciated 👌 ps. I would recommend this hotel 🏨 to my friends & relatives🙂

Room and bed was clean. Centralised ac not turned on and ac not working. Was informed hot water will come but only luke warm water came, it was as good as taking cold water bath. No water bottles were kept in the room. All in all average experience

Stayed in room 101. The air conditioning is not working in the room. Even after complaining no body turned up. Next day met another family initially stayed in the same and changed the room due to issue with ac. Management know the problem still allocating the room. It's just cheating.

Pathetic troublesome and frustrating experience

They charge break fast but the restaurant owner asks to pay bills. Do not recommended this kind of hotels to. Any customers. People like us shall never use your app, if ypu have these kind of hotels in your. Listings. This means it's not only they but you are also a part of the cjeatimg

Very good hotel for comfortable stay, clean rooms, 24hrs hot water, clean towels and free bisleri water bottle was provided. It has one of the best veg and non veg restaurant, food is really good worth it.

It was a good stay but being suite room they need to keep iron stand and iron box and commercial teary tea and coffee sugar packet needs to be kept. Other wise it was good

The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Room service was quick, food was good at both the restaurant and the hotel. Staff were courteous. Hotel was situated at the right place for us to go around the places near Shimoga.

It seems like they take you for granted. We were shifted 3 times before we got an ok room. Staff is reckless. In one room the ac wasn't working. When asked he rudely said that the cables were cut. One lady seems to be ok but it is of very little use. Service was bad. Requested for tea and we got it cold. Next day morning asked for 2 sugarless coffee and one tea and they brought fully sugared tea. Then he said he would get it again and disappeared. Unless you are ok with this typical non-chalant service, your vacation can get royally spoilt. Only positive is restaurant which is also a bar. You can have food except breakfast. Just think before choosing this property.

After booking the hotel they canceled my booking without notifying me prior.
