rooms are good, clean and well maintained, air conditioning is good, wash room is good it's new hotel

clean, late-night check-in support for solo female traveller, good non-veg restaurant and Udupi cafe in same building, location is good

Worst maintenance there is no dustbins in wash room bed sheets was not clean too small to stay

good ambiance and best in class always prefer book my trip Rooms and booking and direction and hassle free process

I had a remarkable good experience in Hotel Town Palace , during my stay of 5 days in my business trip to Shimoga. .Well maintained housekeeping, maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene. The Customer care service and behaviour pattern of the front office receptionist is good to note. .

it's not clean and well maintained. The hotel is very bad smell and service is also not good. food is okok. very time consuming.

Hotel room was clean and well maintained. Value for money.

Room was good, but while booking it accepted for additional bed for 15 yrs child, but when we reached but they told they are not able to provide additional bed, finally they managed to provide a bed and place it on floor. Additionally the lift was not working and we were forced to use stairs.

Simple Review:- Good rooms with Worst Service, There is no service at all, TV no Recharge, AC no remote, Landline not working, If u ask water bottle they told you to come and collect at Reception, Hotel Management should look front office staff behaviour or else one it will be like normal lodge.

Room was clean but there's no bathroom amenities present which they told about and lights cuts eventually even tv is not recharged

although we had a comfortable stay, the services/amenities as mentioned wasn’t fulfilled . as said there was no wifi no proper kits were provided. no landline for contacting the receptionist… rest in terms of stay we did have an absolute comfortable stay and the staffs were friendly and polite. sorry we couldn’t click any pictures…

Not value for money. Cleaning and maintenance was too poor.

Hi stayed there for 2 days. Parking is a bit problem. Communication is not proper and maintenance of rooms required little attention.

Location was nice place, food is good, stay was very pleasant

Its a decent budget hotel strictly for 2# occupancy. My booking was for 3, 2 adults and 1 child. However there was no option or place to put an additional bed. The hotel has a clear policy of no extra bed. Iam puzzled on how booking for 3# in 1 room was even taken. Otherwise, i would suggest this place. Clean and good for an overnight stay only.

Rooms were well maintained and the service is super quick. The food at the restaurant was good. The staff were so responsive.
