It is nice and located on main road. Canteen facilities are limited. Rooms are neat and clean. Good ventilation in the rooms. The surrounding view is good.

the rooms sr clean and neat but, there was no water, later when water came it was muddy and with froth, Pwer outages were ther without back up, less staff, one person serving breakfast, making bills, taking guest bags to rooms, The hotel had a limited menu with hygine issues.

location is very close by to the sringeri temple which is huge advantage. extremely spacious room, very clean, had a balcony too. Surroundings was full green and peaceful. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and felt like home made. Very happy with this stay, plz go ahead and book it for your stay in Shringeri

the property is in an easily accessible location, tucked away in an estate with green all around. very close to the temple, good food and hospitality too!

Hosamane farm inn location wise it's very good. Lots of green around and just 1km away from the Sringeri temple. They don't have a complete restaurant and limited breakfast. Due to ongoing construction work in the premises, some room roofs had water patches and dust smell.

Had booked a room for where no water was there in the flush, fan speed in bedroom very slow, rooms had alot of dust looked liked not cleaned for days. After letting the staff know if all these issues also they never gave an option for change of room though the entire property was empty. Will not recommend anyone to go to that place again

The support staff especially Santosh was very helpful.The owner was active and taking care of the facility. The breakfast was good It is a medium range hotel and the bathroom was tidy. Could have been better with room. Overall can stay for couple of days

Not worth for the money paid. Rooms are spacious but lacks hygiene. Towels provided had multiple black patches not usable. Basic set menu limited serving breakfast.

Overall it's a good experience.. the staff response is too good..and breakfast is ok.. but not many options..

Not hygienic and location is not user friendly. The property is under construction. The food was limited and not up to the mark. How come they allotted 3 start..? There is no privacy in the room itself.

This honestly is the worst I have ever seen The room walls have water damage, and the rooms smell musky and molded. The bed sheets, though washed, are full of stains. I'm not sure if they are stains coffee. The comforters are torn. The bathroom sink is so small that you can't fit a full toothbrush straight under tap. The only good thing is the food and service of the staff other than the receptionist. The food taste is amazing.
