Review Of HOTEL CITY STAR

The place was very good. Cleanliness was excellent. Service was very good. Location was also near to lot of good places to explore.

The location wasn’t good it’s not well connected to the main road we had to walk a lot to go anywhere, we were able to order food in, hygiene was not good overall average experience at hotel

Hotel was good but actually i booked for 28-1 i went home on 28 night and came on 30 eve they allotted the room to other person i stayed in different hotel last night arranged by them but the hotel i booked ws for 28nov to 1 dec. They allotted to other person. I faced alot of hecticness due to this

staff and service were awesome, food quality was good , well maintained hotel, I really recommend this hotel to all of them , who will be visiting Kolkata in near future

*Worst Experience - Avoid This Hotel!* Rating: 1/5 I'm writing this review as a warning to others after having the misfortune of visiting this hotel. My experience was atrocious, and I didn't even end up staying here. The moment I walked in, I was met with unfriendly and unprofessional staff. The front desk seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and the check-in process was slow and disorganized. But what really took the cake was the attitude of the staff. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed put off by my presence. I've never been treated so poorly at a hotel before. Needless to say, I didn't even bother staying. I left within 30 minutes of arrival, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. The lack of customer service and basic human decency at this hotel is appalling. Unless they seriously revamp their staff training and customer service policies, I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. *Avoid this hotel at all costs!*

It was a very nice stay and good hospitality. The staff there was also very cooperative and friendly in nature. Food is also good.
