Poor and nothing matches description

Safety measures were just formal.

The location is excellent. Nearby food is available but room was not clean.

I won't stay again in this Hotel. Because atmosphere is not good of this Hotel

Poor service. Unhygienic. Lot of mosquitoes and too much noise pollution as in front of bus Station.

Good room service not better overall cheep and the good Hotel

Very much near to bus stand and railway station.
No problem apart from the sounds issue.

Hotel is good but we miss our money because we forget our id proof at home. They give no permission to us.

It is near to Aligarh bus stand.
Water was not filtered and clean.

I booked air conditioner room. But air conditioner stopped cooling just few hrs of check-in. Terrible experience, nothing done in-spite of several complaints. There were cockroaches and mosquitoes roaming freely.

Dirty room and washroom also, no light in washroom. No service and no one is ready to listing. Not recommended.

Location was average. Food was good but hotel needs proper infrastructure.
They did not provide a room for 3 persons only 2 person room with mattress.
I am booked for 3 person but they give me 2 person room after some choas they give me extra mattress.
Infrastructure was poor and outdated. Localty is also poor.

I visited and was surprised to know that they charged the rent from me despite showing and finally I had to pay for the room. Cannot write more as it was a hell experience from my side. I advise makemytrip to first confirm the hotel about the bookings.
