I had stay on 10nov2025 to 11nov2025 and booked there deluxe room this what I experienced cleaning : terrible the bed and pillows are very dirty and if you remove pillow cover you will vomit same time service : I ask they water bottle they provided me tap water with dirty glass and breakfast they provided so unhygienic they serve tea in broken cup room : no hot water available , dust everywhere in room even you feel that while taking breathing staff : behaviour of staff was okay okay not good so not bad

The location was close to my meetings, The stay was good overall, and the location was great. However, one thing we found disappointing was the thin pillows. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, but the hotel was also understaffed, so service was really slow at times. Having said that, the room was clean and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was very good."
